Regarding tele phone problem

Sir/madam I mr Ananda kumar panda haveing telephone number 06713297909 . When i recive the call after 20/30seconds the phone is disconnect suddenly and in this time a musice listening. So i log a call on7/02/09 and the complain id is 87703540 but there is no respond. Then i log another call on 14/02/09 and the complain id is 89086296 but yet no respond. So please solve my problem otherwise i will surrender my phone.
