Misbehavior by LG Customer care person Mr. Pratik

Dear Customercare Dept,

I had i purchased a Micro oven from LG center after that i have lost the recipy manual so i have go to LG showroom they said to contect customer care so i have call to customer care and call picked by mr. Pratik he does not give any solution me and disconnect the phone without finish my query.

Please help to reslove this issue.
