LG /Microwave and Washing machine

I had purchased a LG microwave, 30 ltr, in Oct. In Oct the bulb of the same got fused and I had accordingly made a request to the LG call centre in OCT last year to replace tha same. The mech visited the house and took the bulb with him assuring that he would change it earliest. That day has not come till date. It has been seven months. Despite speaking to the Manager at Pune Mr Prakash (tele no 24220103) there is no change in the situation. Secondly, I also have a washing Machine of the same company (unfortunately). Four days back I contacted LG call centre regarding a problem with the same. They assured me that it would be sorted out within three days but as usual no response.
