LG - Microwave
Microwave does not works - censor is not working

I had lodged my complaint with LG service centre on January 3 as the Microwave which I was using had no censor or a faulty censor. After following up with Sevice Centre and with Call Centre still there is no reply till date. My Model no. is MC808war and my complaint no. which is not yet responded is W9C10300205.
I would request you to get in this matter and help me on this.
