LG Microwave ( MC-8083 MLR)
New product when switched on at home not working still no body from company came to resolve it

We have brought a brand new LG microwave 30L (MC_8083 MLR) and on switching it on at home found that it switches off auto matically after 4-6 min. when informed Company help line they sent some body with some part but still the problem was not resolved and now no body is even bothering to get it repaired.

An international company with such service back up says alot. we can only hope that with this mail the Company authorities will wake up and the thing will be looked upon.
