LG Microwave Oven
Bad Service

I have a problem with the transformer of my microwave oven. On registering a complaint, the electrician checked and informed us that the transformer was required to be changed. But there was no further attendance or service from the LG Customer Care inspite of many calls made by us.

Its been almost 3 months now yet the transformer has not been changed and the LG Customer Care here, in Hyderabad, are giving us false excuses.please take this into notice.
