Irresponsible service

Im from Chennai, Nolambur. I have problem with my oven for past few months. When ever i try to call up the customer care for complaints no proper response is there. If at all some service person comes, he canvases only for AMC and tells us hell be back tomorrow to rectify the problem, but never turns up nor picks up his phone. Kindly do the needy
