Dear sir,

I Punam Kumar Udani, Address : 15B, Prime Rose Lane, "Ridhi Sidhi" Ashiana Garden, Sonari, Jamshedpur. Phone Number : 9431112535. Few days ago i registered a complaint for my Microwave Oven in "Electrocraft" at our Jamshedpur City, but they didn't took any action against this complaint., so, i submit a complaint here.

Actually, every sign like "Start, Stop/Clear, Conv." etc removed from my Microwave Oven, so i can't handle it properly, if u replace it, then i will be very thankfull to you. My Microwave Oven Model is "MC-8088NRH" Sl. no. is 812ABNU002378, Date of Purchase 9-january.

Kindly, take an action for against my complaint.
