ITS VERY poor service, actually iam from calicut, kerala..LG MOBILE doesnt have a direct show room here, and there is only 1 service centre here, which is of low class... poor costumer service, poor customer relations, staff there is very rude.i got ma phone back in a very bad condition after thier servicing, its become a bunch of complaints after that, they made my phone handicapped...

i dont hav any other way than this, ...
