Problem in new LG Mobile

This is Deepmala Ahlawat. I brought one LG handset KP115 on 14th of june from The Mobile Store Ltd. Plot no.8, Atlantic plaza Vaishali, Sec - 4 Shop No-6 Ghaziabad - 201010 Phone no. 0120-4168336.. and i am facing lots of problem with handset i sent that handset twice to the LG service centre through The Mobile Store Ltd. (as they told me to provide service for one year) for one-one week but when i checked problem was still not resolved than on 14th july i personally went to LG service centre Laxmi Nagar Delhi, they said they changed the speaker but when i came back n started using that set again i faced the same kind of problem. Because of that i am loosing my valuable time, energy and money. I am a working women and i cant go again & again to service centre. i want to give my money back and i am also going to cunsumer court for the problems which i faced in last one month because of the handset. as LG is a very big & well known brand i have never expected this type of quality & ignorance for their customers. In future i will never recommond LG as a brand to anyone. please help me out.
