Charging charge in warranty period

I have bought an LG KG300 mobile phone, It is having charging problem.

The charger connected socket is loose.

When shown to the lg service center Dehradun.

They are charging Rs 4000 (Four thousand) for this.

Its really funny but can't be taken lightly.

I am a software Engineer and this much I know that the company gives warranty on such problems.

Hope you will definetly look into othis matter and instruct me what I have to do and your service ceter staffs to do, .
