Having trouble with lg phone

I bought an LG CDMA business phone (model no. RD10000) worth RS.22800/- on 3rd March'2009. and ever since i've bought this phone there has always been some problem or the other.

1) The next day i came to know that there is no spring attached to the earphone which should be there.

2) After a month the end key started troubling me and it is still not working after so many months.

3) I was also promised to get a leather cover worth Rs.1000 and that too was not been given to me.

4) the phone now hands everytime i try to use multiple programs.

this phone has gone 5 times to the service center and after a week only the same problem occurs. now they arent interested to clear it out and check my phone. instead they are asking me to wait for atleast 1 month. Its been so much trouble to me and i want a replacement or my money back. just coz of it i've suffered a lot in my job.
