I brought this Phone on 18 th Auugust 2008. (Model RD 6100 Invoice No: 0900627146) Even from the beginning there is some complaint with this set. I reported this to your service Centre and they cleared that complaint about 5 times in between this four month. Now The phone is totally dead. I reported this to your service center and they suggested to report directly to you with this No. R301208021. I am a business man and with I am losing my contacts with out this phone. So Kindly take necessary actions to fix this complaint as early as Possible.
