LG Mobile KE770
Battery problem

I have purchased theo LG Mobile in June and twice they replaced the battery but still there is problem, If I get around 8 to 10 calls and the call duration is not more than 1 to 1.5 monutes my battery will get discharged, when I contact their service centre always they ask us to give the instrument for service and they are telling that they can show in the manual how much hours they committed only will come.
