2 LTR CELLO WATER BAG
POOR QUALITY & DEFECTIVE

Dear Sir,

I am the resident of HUBLI 3rd cross Renukanagar Gokul Road Hubli mobile No.9449075641. I am an Engineer in Railways, I had purchased a cello water bag 2 ltrs on 13.08.2011 and found that the product is leaking and the shoulder strip buckle is not fitting to its location. on 29.9.11 the product is given back to BIG BAZAR stores Cokul Road Hubli and till date the executives are unable to respond to the matter and neither give me a replacement. It is very much disgusting to note the poor services rendered to a customer. Fed up with the enquires I happened to purchase a new one again from the big bazar stores on 9.10.11.

The cello and milton water bags are sturdy and i do not get to understand why the product has failed so early.

please refund the cash for the purchases made by me and giving me a poor quality product.
