Frequently Front Case Detouched

I have purchased mobile hand set, Model No.6600, after six months of purchased key pad was detouched from the set and I went to Barackpore/WB service centre, they have replaced new kea pad and after one month again same thing was happened. It has communicated to me from the concerned service centre that, particularly this model was diffective, I was surprised when I understood that inspite of knowing by the company that particular model is diffectivethe and why the company still seling the particular model in the market. I also verified from few of users, same problem they are facing. My warranty period will expiered in the next month. Pl advise and support for the same.
