Inquiry about delay of delivering free DTH service

With due regards i want to inform you that, i have bought a new LG monitor TV AT 09/06/09 and a DTH connection was free with it.i fulfilledall the requirements and and attached a Demand draft of Rs.99.And i posted (speed post) it within the time specified but there is no response till now.i have also mailed many times but there was no reply. Onmaking a phone call they put you on hold..

So i want you to help me with this..
