Did not receive dth set top box from spectramind marketing pvt. ltd

I had purchased LG monitor tv (M197WA) from udaipur and with that i get a coupon by which i get the DTH SET TOP BOX but acoording to the policy after receiving the claim voucher with in 28 days they will provide us the DTHN SET TOP BOX but it is almost 30 days i did not get it. I had full filled all the requirements of offer like original claim voucher, photocopy of purchase invoice, original barcode cutting from carton box and DD of Rs 99 in favour of spectramind marketing pvt. ltd.
