Dear Sir,
Iam writing these few lines to show my utter despair in buying a LG product in the first place.
When my old A/C gave way after a gap of 10 years almost, i decided to go in for a brand new A/C
and chose LG due to the brand name. Its been 3 years now since ive been using this 2 ton AC
and the fan has already broken twice, and twice ive sent it to the service centre Al yusuf
for servicing. The first time when i replaced the fan same was replaced with an original one, only to be broken again next year, not to mention the poor cooling of this unit.
Does that mean every year i have to pay 200 dhs fr a new fan, believe me the A/C is functioning even worse than a second hand A/C. I want muy money back or a replacement A/C and will never ever buy any LG product
