I had purchased an LG plasma TV 32" from a shop called SuperElectronics World near saraswati hospital gurgaon Model no 32PC5RA in Feb 09. The TV is now in warranty period. Now i have to transport it to Mumbai as i m shifting residence from gurgaon to mumbai. However when i called up the shop to send someone to pack my TV they said they would do so but no one came. When i called them again they refused to take my calls and promptly disconnected them as soon as my number flashed on their mobile.
When we go to buy products, these shopkeepers promise us the world but when it comes to service even if it is in warranty period, we r treated like dirt. i wish that their agency be cancelled.
