Non Receipty of Gift - Airtel DTH

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a LG Plasma TV from M/s Electronics Pavilion, New Delhi on July 02. The requisite documents alongwith a bank draft of Rs. 99/-. The documents were sent through Track On Courier on July 11 and delivered on July 15 as per the courier company.

It is regretted taht we have neither recived the gift nor any response from the company. Request confirm the likely date of instyallation of the gift.
