Unwanted Balance Reduction

Dear Sir,

I had complaint to your Customer Servicers many a times since last two months about the unwanted balance reductions due to automatic service activation from your side. But still on date my deducted balance is not refunded. Even the customer servicers are not forwarding the complaint before 24 hours from balance reduction.

Please look forward to such matters as it is being repeatedly done.

May i know why are the services being activated automatically.

I hope my balance will be refunded as soon as possible and we customer may not face such problems again.
