Very poor service with complete disregard for customer care

My refrigerator was to be fixed by the LG person two week sago, he came took out the parts, left it running without a fan and disappeared and since then multiple follow up have resulted in nothing. Nobody comes or calls and the refrigerator is in danger of losing the compressor with no fan.

Worse the service center has no numbers, they are not even willing to give the number of the gurgaon office or even their corp. office. The standard reply is we are a service center and we have no numbers. My first complaint was on 30th aug., next on 7th sept. (N8C90701189) and another one today on the 20th.

Will never purchase a LG product. I have 3-4 IFB products and they are so prompt with their service, will stick to them,

very disappointed.
