Horrible Product and Worse Service

We bought a 180 Litre LG single door fridge in Pune. Within the first year the coil of the freezer was found corroded, mostly because of sub standard material used. The service centre guys took two whole weeks to repair even though the fridge was in warrantly period.

Next the freezer door broke. We put a compalined in Oct and today it is March the service centre guy still says they are yet to receive the door. And after 6 months when we threatened to take him to consumer court, he threatened us back.

This is the pathetic Serivce you will receive if you buy LG products
