Extra amount charged

In August when we had timer complain of our LG refrigrater we called the help line number of LG they sent us their executive Mr AZAD who charged 1869/- Rs for the TIMER and had given 1 yers guarantee for the same but in 18th March 09 we had the same problem we called hime he repaired the same and again charged 200 sor service charge again within 1 month i.e 8th April 09 it has again out and again the cooling has stopped on complaining osome executive Mr ALI has spoken very rudely and banged the phone.
