Cheating customers by taking the full amount (Rs 29 300) for the product and not delivering it and returning the amount after one month

I have paid Rs 51 641/- for LG refrigerator Model # 4084TQG4 (Rs 29 300/-) and a washing machine (Rs 22 041/-)on 27th march to Orange electronics 114/1, Outer ring Road, Vijaya Bank Colony doddabanaswadi, Bangalore 560043, and made an invoice # 643 dated 27th march.

Orange electronics promised me to deliver the units on 30th March and also offer stating that i am eligible for plot of 3000 sq ft.for purchasing more than Rs 30 000 worth of product from them.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my units on 30th march after several phone calls, i received the washing machine worth rupees 22 041/-.

On the other hand, i was made to wait for over a month to get the refrigerator. After a series of phone calls, i was told that the product was not available and was, thus, forced to withdraw the amount paid. Furthermore,

i was told that i was no longer eligible to claim the offer of the plot of land and to my annoyance, the amount was returned only after a month, that too, without any interest.

i kindly request you to look into the matter and ensure that i am still entitled to claim the offer from the afore mentioned party.
