LG Refrigerator
NOT WORKING

Dear sir/madam

I have purchased a LG refrigerator 491 ltr. from reliancemart gurgaon SALE ORDER NO.0055604122 dated 13-9-08.delivery date 15-9-08.

now this product is not working properly. I have filed a complaint no. N9C51808701 in custemer care no.18001809999 dated 18-05-09 .But I have not recieved any engineers service and any call from him. And I am calling regularly by this nos.

When I bought this product then he was saying that we will provide any service within 24 hours.

Pls suggest me, Shall I wait or buy another refrigerator because summer is very hot rightnow.
