REPLACEMENT OF DENTED REFRIGERATOR

I bought a LG refrigerator model no.308 LG VT4 from M/s Shri Balaji Electronics, Krishna Ngr., Delhi-51, via Bill No.-378 on 16 June. When we unpacked it, there were two big dents on both sides of the fridge on the lower side and the balance was also not proper. When we asked the dealer to change it, he told us that the LG company will replace it in one or two days and he registered the same with the company.

Now even after 7 days we are waiting for our fridge to be replaced. We are contacting their service centre every third day.
