Defective supply by deale

Sir,

I have purchased LG refrigerator on 9/4/08.

From the day onre fridge is not working properly, Since that day

i am reporting to the dealer, Dealer send his person & said that

the setting is not proper &he done it according to him. Then also the fridge was not working properly. So we asked the dealer for the replacement, after that LG representative came &he told

that thermostat the part which deceides the cooling is faulty.

That means dealer have given deffective fridge to me.

From last 3 months i am suffering everyday.

I am now regretting my decision of trusting the LG brand.

I also have objection on behaviour / language of LG representative with my mother.

I am not ready to accept the defective refrigerator.

Please help me to get Refund / Replacement of refrigerator.
