Freezer Door is broken

I, Mr. Pranlal Naradbhai Mistry, resident of Vihar Park, Opp. 30 No. Bus Stop, Ratanpar .(City: Surendranagar), Gujarat, India, am having lot of trouble for my LG Refrigerator 's Door is broken since long. It is not redressed since long in spite of many reminders.

The Door of my Refrigerator is broken since long long time, in spite of my regular Complaints lodging in writing, no redresal till to-day. No registration number is given by the Coimpany. My PHONE nO. IS 9825837522 . Is there any Perfact & Final way-out to redress my long outstanding Complaint???

Hoping for a real Solution. Will the site owner personally look after my Complaint's seriousness to get everything done in a proper way?
