Power, doesn't switch on, power: switches off, power: phone restarts/reboots

Sir,

I purchase my 3110c nokia on 27/12.But this model given me alot of work & service to do. After 2 months i went 2 nokia care at calicut 3times 4 solving my problem ;which is restarting the phone again &again and getting switched off. The people at the nokia care sent the handset 3 times to Delhi service .still it is not in proper condition .so please replace it, then it would really be great
