Very bitter experience about LG Product

I Completely dissatified with LG India and It's Service.
As my refrigrato not working since last 6 days, I have lodged complaint two times on customer care, posted emails, and also lodged online on your site.
Since last 5 days i called 2 times everyday, However no any responce from LG. and in your customer care people are transfering my calls here and there and also not taking complaint properly. Mr. Suri/Manager of Mumbai is no picking up his mobile at all. I called Mr. Roshan, Mr. Nitin Sharma, Mr. Akshat, and so many other people. All denied me to give directo contact number of Customer care head and giving me wrong contact number of service station. on your website, also there is no directo number only customer care number is given.
Note that this is serious concerne, If my query is not resolved withing next 6 hours, I will escalate the matter to higher authority in consumer ministry of Govt. of India, LG head quarter in Korea and Press in India.
