Abnormal sound

I purchased one LG Room Air Conditioner LSA3W2VFT unit from ROYAL REFRIGERATORS, BARODA on 08/04/09. After installation some abnormal sound is coming from the unit installed inside the room, when its is swing is put on. On contacting the dealer he tells that such complaint is there for all ACs of above model. What should I do to get its replacement.
