LG - ROOM SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER
NO COOL AT ALL

We are having a 1.5 Ton, 4 year old 2 LG split a/cs under AMC. Some 4 months before the one A/c loose it cooling and a complaint was lodgged with LG people. The immediately attend the complaint but the problem was not solved. As soon as the technician left out the office the went back to the same leval.

Last four months more than 6 technician attended the complaint but they are unable to solve the problem. Six technician told 6 nature of problem

1.There is case shortage 2. capaciter fail 3. more case is there. 4. ac fixed in a wrong place. 5. power shortage. 6. more dust.

Now, all the above problems being solved but the ac is still in the same condition.

In the mean time from 1st July onwards the AMC period over and we are keeping the AMC cheque ready for hand over with a condition "That A/c Must run properly atleast a single day"

But no one came to our office for rectify the mistake till today.

Expecting necessary action by the concered authorities.
