Not working since day one

I am customer of your co. purchase two spilt A.C. at the same time one for office and other for my home, my office A.C. if working but my home A.C. is not working from the day one, I have made complaint so many times but there is no response from your co., last time when worker of the your co.come at my home, they said first you make payment then we will work on it.
