LG/ split AC 1.5
No service

I had purchased an LG 1.5 ton split Ac last month. Two engineers did the installation is a most in efficient way that it could ever be. They have used just the sticking insulation tape to join water leak pipes (Just packing tapes). Later the pipe started leaking and fell down.

Now again I had raised a complaint with LG4 days ago, they said that some one will attend the issue within 24 Hrs but till now no one turned up. I called up the customer care again, this time they said that I will receive a call from the engineer within two hours, it has been more than 5 hours now.

LG - Worst service support i have ever seen. Never go for a LG product again.
