2 nos of split ac was bought in the month of march 09. and we paid advance for installation of both the ac, after several month in June one ac was installed, the 2nd ac is not installed till date. despite the repeated reminders. also several complaints lodged in the customer cares but to no avail, the service centre cancell the all the request for the installation.

we are surprised on such behaviour from the LG
