Complaint regarding to the delivery of DVD playe

Dear sir,

my father sri parashu ram booked of lcd tv model 26LG30 on 8/03 at KEAMA kanpur vide your recipt no. 7097 dt. 8/03 for 500/-. the suppy of tv was made to us on full payment by M/s VALUE PLUS RETAIL pvt. ltd., 13/357-58-59, near punjab & sindh bank, govind nagar kanpur on 14/03 with assurence to deliver LG DVD player within 2 & 3 days. but supplier has refuse to deliver the DVD player and your local staff is not coperating. since booking of LCD as the delivery was made after reguler follow up with your local representative for continues six days. please advise your local supplier/representative to deliver the DVD player at the earliest. as we are unable to deliver the recipt of coustmer copy given to me at the time of booking
