CARBON DEPOSIT ON THE ARMATURE OF MOTOR

I bought this washer from LG on Diwali 2005. It worked all right upto two months outside the warranty period of 24 months. Then in January sparks started appearing under the machine during the end of wash cycle. Contacted the after sales service people but they prescribed the complete change of motor for Rs 5000/- Later on, they asked for Rs 8000/- for change of the same. We are not using the machine anymore.

I have vowed never to buy their products again and would discourage as many people from buying their products as I can.

LG is in the business of rip-off (of consumers).
