My LG TV is not functional from last 2 months. Inspite of repeated complaints to L

G Customer Care, the problem is yet to be solved. My complaint number with dates are :

W9c61004015 dated 10/06, W9c61207369 dt 12/06 and W9c81006156.

So far, around 10 different technicians have examined my TV. Each technician says one or the other part is out of order, it will have to be indented, it will take a few days etc. They have replaced every part in the TV so that at present the only part of the original TV is the PVC frame. Inspite of all the replacements, my TV is still out of order. When I insisted that something be done immediately, they sent a Standby TV, which was functional till the technician was present. The minute we switched off, we were unable to switch it on again.

The names of the Area Sales Incharge (ASI) with whom we have been in contact are

1. Mr Manish Sawant (Mob no 9821685826)

2. Mr Swapnil Salvi (Mob no 9920323805)

They have stopped answering my calls. The LG call centre has promised to solve our problem within 48 hours (the clock began at 9.00 pm 19/08) after I expressed my intention to go to the press with my problem.

I am waiting for response from LG.

In the meanwhile, help from any quarter is welcome. Thanks
