Equest overlooked

Dear Sir

Below is the copy of the request that I had made. I am a journalist and you must be aware that in this election year we are so busy. I chose your product thinbking you would be providing me good service whenever I need. But I now think I was wrong. My request is yet to be attended sincerely amd properly.

Yes some girl called me up the same day I registered my request. She suggested me to meet one Pritam in Web world at Boring Canal Road. I sent my man with blank CD on his 'order' on mobile. But he did not oblige me saying the required sofware is not available with him. When I contacted him again, he first harshly asked from where I got his mobile number?

Then he 'ordered' me to go to the LG service centre near Lalita Hotel. Following Day I myself went to the Centre only to get dissapointed.

Should I return ur product or wait for sometime? If a senior journalist like me is being treated so badly I can immagine the fate of common people.

I purchased ur data card /usm modem (9386348346) on march 30. I wanted to install it with my desktop. Since I lost the CD, can u please

send someone to do the same at the earliest. I have forgotten the name of the person who had installed it in my laptop.
