Poor customer service

Sir,

we have a washing machine, MODEL No. WP-950M, we gave our machine for service at BEETA SERVICES, 50, Geejgarh Vihar, Hawa Sadak, Jaipur-30 on march 30. The service people told that it would be returned within few days but it has not been returned till yet, when we call to confirm the stage of service they don't attend our calls and if they do then they make some or the other excuses to ignore us.

kindly take some strict action in this regard as soon as possible.
