LG Washing Machine
Havent answered my call since 19th july

Sir,

i have registered a complaint with lg customer care about repair for my washing machine. the complaint was registered on 19th july and my complaint number is W9C71900568. Its been 9 days since they have answered our call. however Lg claims to send an engineer within 24hours of the call. We even visited the LG service center in rutupark thane west. they sent an engineer and they claim that the part that has been damaged needs to be ordered. this was on 26th july. on 27th july when i contacted them they say that the part has to be ordered and it will take 2 more days. So in all its been 9 days (still counting) and the problem remains unsolved. Due to broken machine we have to wash them by hand and as all of us are working in this family, its very difficult to cope up with the routine.please help.we have registered three complaints with LG till now.
