Washing maching purchased on Nov 15. Instructions communicated clearly at the time of purchase to LG that for any Demo or installation time of visit has to be before 8 am or after 8.30 pm. Need this to be installed asap. Contacted customer care several times without much movement from LG. LG staff seems to not only be rude and pathetic and lethargic, they like shirking responsibility and work. LG staff does not stick to timelines or commitment. My office hours are 8 am to 8 pm and it is difficult to stay at home and wait for an LG engineer to come and install the washing machine!! LG is not paying me salary so that I can use the same money to buy products. Inspite of several followups there is no change in behaviour or sense of urgency ownership or accountability. Everyone asks me to talk to some one else!!! Please send me your CFO information to further escalate the matter. I am taking this legal if I do not get a response.
