I had purchased ADIDAS shoes from your counter at Andheri E Mumbai (Sakinaka) when I started wearing the

shoe It got turn apart and cracked in few days from all over side It is much to imagine that a shoe costing of Rs

1955-00 from a World renound co became unwearable in a week. After a forte night I made complaint through mail but still no response is till received from your end. At present I am residing at Ripur (Chhatisagarh).

further the cash memo received from yr counter having No.2772 dated 29/11/08.Please note that do the needful in to this metter within 15 days otherwise I will have to adopt legal ways.
