LG Washing Machine
No one to attend complaint in their service department

Dear sir,

My washing machine service complaint was made on 27/08/08, your technician has came, he did half work and went away, then again complaint was made on 17/09/08- complaint no. W8C91700305- and nobody reverted, but we reminded the service no. every day. your executive was suppose to come on 18th sept but every day being so busy and is unable to come .. till date 18th sept 08 they have not figured out to service.. why did I bought this product which is costly than any equivalent products, is the company hearing??? pl attend

please reply as its very urgent...
