Failure of supply

Sir,

I have been lodging complaints since 02.08.2009 daily at telephone number 0184-2258914 my complaint number is 22 on 2.8.09, 45 on 3.8.09 and 19 on 4.08.09 regarding failure of supply of Water Supply Pump at Vasant Vihar (Mukarmpur), Karnal but no action has been taken in this regard. The water supply in our colony has not been in order since 01.08.2009 evening.

It is requested that necessary instruction may be issued to the concerned officer to rectify the fault for smooth functioning of Water Supply of our colony. As I already requested on phone that the cable near the Transformer has been faulted.

An early action is requested please.
