Autorestart function not working

Subject washing m/c was purchased by me from authorised distributor M/s LG Shoppe, Indore and autorestart feature is mentioned in the manual on very first page, also it was working lately. Since January we observed that this feature is not working, I have lodged complaint on LG toll free nos. and also on net after three visits company denied that this feature is not available with this model though we have used this feature before and also same is mentioned in the Manual, howcome company deny this.

Since then I have made numerous calls to LG but on responsible person took pain to come and talk regarding this matter. Also service perosonnel representing LG Mr. Arjun & Mr. Kailash mishbehaved with my wife in my absence and utter bad words for the LG company itself.
