New washing mechine broke down

Dear sir,

I purchased a LG washing machine model Tromma about 15 days back from Amutha Agencies Tambaram, Chennai. Within 2 days after commissioning by your service engineer, the machine broke down after our repeated complaint your service engineer came And removed some damaged part from the washing promising he will replace the part within 2days but after almost 10days he didn’t show up and my repeated queries doesn’t Yield any positive result because your Chennai, Nandanam Service department

Event don’t have the courtesy of responding my call.

Kindly advice what you want me to do, I paid for new machine believing LG is good product but now I am suffering since both your product and your service is worst.

I request you to change your defective washing machine immediately and and replace with a good one and don’t compel me to go the consumer court.
