Gas problem & Servicing

I have given complain for gas problem & for servicing my window AC on 24 Th April

i recd sms alert also on the same day that your complaint will be attended in 48 hours

complain ref no. is W9C42405645 but till date i have not recd any call from technical department

for the same. on 27/4/09 & 2/5/09 i called up on customer care no. i was informed that they are putting reminder for my complain. but no result.

i request company to look into this matter and do the needful
